Affiliate Program Agreement

1. Overview

The Affiliate Program rewards approved partners ("Affiliates") for referring customers to our store and promoting our research-use-only products.

Affiliates earn commissions when customers complete purchases using their assigned affiliate discount code.

Participation is free and open to eligible individuals and businesses.

2. Eligibility

To participate, affiliates must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate registration information
• Promote products strictly as research-use-only items
• Not advertise products for human or veterinary consumption
• Avoid misleading, deceptive, or unlawful advertising practices
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Referral Method

Affiliates receive a unique discount code.

Commissions are earned exclusively when a customer places an order using the affiliate's discount code during checkout. Affiliate links may automatically apply the code but do not independently track commissions.

If a different affiliate code is used before checkout completion, commission attribution transfers to the newly applied code.

4. Affiliate Discount

Each affiliate code provides customers with a 10% discount on eligible purchases.

Commission attribution is determined solely by the discount code used at checkout.

5. Commission Rate

Affiliates earn a 15% commission calculated from the Commission Base.

6. Commission Calculation

Commission Base is calculated as follows:

Order Value – Affiliate Discount – Crypto or promotional discounts (if applicable) – Internal Shipping Cost Commission = Commission Base × 15%

If the Commission Base is below €0.00, no commission will be paid.

Example

Order value: €100.00 | Affiliate discount (10%): €10.00 | Internal shipping: €15.00

100,00 € – 10,00 € (affiliate discount) – 15,00 € (shipping) = 75,00 € Commission Base 75,00 € × 15% = 11,25 € commission

7. Shipping Cost Deduction

Internal shipping costs are deducted for commission calculations regardless of what the customer pays for shipping.

8. Tracking & Attribution

Commission eligibility is based solely on the affiliate discount code used during checkout.

Affiliate links exist only to auto-apply the code and do not create independent tracking rights.

9. Prohibited Practices

Affiliates may NOT:

• Promote products for human or veterinary consumption
• Make medical or therapeutic claims
• Engage in spam, misleading, or deceptive advertising
• Generate artificial or fraudulent orders
• Use their own code to earn commission on personal purchases
• Manipulate discounts, coupons, or purchase systems
• Run advertisements targeting the company's brand name without permission

Violations may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

10. Refunds & Chargebacks

Commissions will be revoked for orders that are:

• Refunded
• Cancelled
• Undelivered
• Charged back
• Identified as fraudulent

Previously credited commissions may be deducted from future payouts.

11. Commission Eligibility & Payouts

A commission becomes eligible once:

• The order has been successfully delivered, and
• The 15-day refund period has passed, and
• Payment has been confirmed and cleared.

Payout Schedule

• Payments issued on the 1st and 15th of each month
• Minimum payout threshold: €25.00
• Payment method: USDC (Crypto)

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at any time due to fraud, abuse, violation of terms, or harmful promotional behavior.

Unpaid commissions may be voided upon termination.

Affiliates may leave the program at any time.

13. Data Processing & Privacy

Personal data including name, email, payment information, and transaction history may be processed for affiliate program administration and payouts in accordance with applicable data protection laws and GDPR requirements.

14. Liability

We are not liable for loss of income, tracking interruptions, technical issues, payment delays caused by external factors, or program modifications.

Participation is at the affiliate's own risk.

15. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time. Changes take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
