Shipped via DPD and DHL. All packages are sent discreetly with low declared value. Zone 1 (AT, DE, CZ, SK, HU, SI, FR, MC, BE, NL, LU, DK, IT, PL, HR): free shipping over €100, otherwise €14.99. Zone 2 (ES, PT, GR, BG, RO, SE, FI, EE, LV, LT, IE): 50% discount over €100 (€7.50), otherwise €14.99. Zone 3 (CH, LI, GB, NO, IS): always €14.99, no free shipping. Zone 4 (AU, NZ, IL, AE, SA, QA, KW, BR, TR): flat €45, no discount. Zone 5 (US, CA, MX and others): €45, reduced to €22.50 over €100. No additional customs or import fees for the buyer – we declare packages with a low value.
No Returns
We do not accept returns. Our products are intended for research and may become contaminated after dispatch. To maintain the safety and integrity of our batches and to ensure our 100% safe product standards, returns are not accepted.
Remote Area Restrictions
Deliveries to certain islands and remote areas are unfortunately not possible. This includes the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (Spain), Azores and Madeira (Portugal), Corsica and French overseas territories (France), as well as Sardinia and Sicily (Italy).
